In addition to the daily scripture we are also reading a chapter of Proverbs per day. Since there are 31 chapters we will continue reading after the fast ends until you have completed the book of Proverbs.

Types of Fasts: There are several types of Fasting.  The one you choose is between you and God.  He will honor your best sacrifice.  Some choices are:
Full Fast – Drink only liquids
The Daniel Fast – Eat no meat, no sweets and no bread. Eat fruits and vegetables
Partial Fast – A partial fast is from 6:00am to 3:00pm or from sun up to sundown.  You can select from three types of fasting – a Full Fast, Daniel Fast or give up at least one item of food.
