Matt Bourgault

Executive Director

Since 2005, Matt was hired by AWCM as the Full-Time Access Coordinator. In 2007, Matt was promoted to Executive Director and now oversees the operation of the TV studio. In addition to the operations of the studio, he is also responsible for the audio/video engineering, IT management, production roles such as editing TV programs and training members on equipment.

Mike Milligan

Access Coordinator

In 2018, Mike was hired full time as Access Coordinator. He has a long history of working in Access, and is experienced in editing, camera work, audio, directing, and graphic designing. Mike works closely with Oakmont High School students, helping them better their understanding of all the equipment. He helps with the Video Production class offered to high school students, as well as, the OTV morning announcements. Mike is the director, editor, and graphic designer for AWCM Sports programing. David Belliveau

Video Production Specialist

In 2005 Dave filled in part-time as the AWCA-TV Executive Director for two years.  Since 2007, Dave has filled the part-time role of Video Production Specialist, which involves video recording of a variety of civic and community events that also include post production editing. His other responsibilities include the posting of all AWCA-TV Community Bulletin Board announcements and program scheduling for both Channels 8 and 9.
